A geothermal plant exploits heat from the ground and releases it into the environment to be heated.
The mechanism is activated by means of a pump that extracts heat from the ground and conveys to the domestic heating system.
If of a suitable size, the same pump can produce domestic hot water and provide air conditioning as well.
Geothermal systems can be developed with horizontal probes (on the ground) or vertical probes, which are inserted into the ground or into any foundation piles available.
UNIDELTA supplies all the system’s components, such as heat pumps, geothermal probe, probe terminal with ballast, fittings (U-bends and electrowelded sleeves) and polyethylene pipes.
